2010 State Convention Hotel Information

Dear Elk Member,

The Maine State Elks Convention for April 30, May 1 & 2, 2010 will be held at the Sugarloaf Grand Summit Resort Hotel in Carrabassett Valley, Maine.
The convention committee has worked very hard to obtain a great price for the rooms and banquets.

You can start booking rooms for your lodges as of January 4, 2010.  The booking will be on a first come first serve basis.
Also, they are offering you the opportunity to rent condo’s for large groups who wish to be together.

The attached sheet is the room rates, which include tax and gratuity, per night and a description of the type of rooms available.

When you call to make your reservations, please advise the reservation department that you are with the
Maine Elks Association group, so you will quality for the special group rate.

If you are booking a hospitality room for your lodge, please advise the hotel so they can give you a room that would accommodate your needs.

The hotel is holding our rooms at this group rate until April 2, 2010, so please do not hesitate booking your rooms early to obtain the type of room you wish.

All rooms need to be confirmed or they will be released on April 2, 2010.
