Welcome to the Maine Elks Association 2012 Convention Page. Below you will find links for Lodging information,
as well as the ability to submit your convention registration electronically. The registration process is just a few
steps away from being completed. Here's what you need to do:
First, click on the link below for Lodging information. Room Rates and Accomodations are available on the
link below. Simply call one of the area hotels under Lodging Information below, and book your room.
Don't forget to mention that you are with the Maine Elks Association to get the group rate.
Once you have booked your Lodging, then you need to begin registering for the Convention below.

CONVENTION REGISTRATION
Once you have made your meal choices based on the above menu's then you need to register for the event.
The registration fee will be $25.00 dollars per member. This will be charged to all convention attendees.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Whether you choose to register online by completing the form above, or by downloading the PDF file via the link
above, you will still be required to send in your payment along with a copy of the form. to:

The Deadline for Convention Registration is April 8, 2012
(After this date, all meals will be subject to a $10 dollar late fee, per person/per meal)
If you provide your e-mail for registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration within 5 days.
If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Barbara Guy at 207-542-4502, otherwise you will
be charged the $10 per meal late fee penalty.
Please note that if you do not have an e-mail address, please use your Lodge's e-mail address. After
Registering, a confirmation will be e-mailed to this address.
CONTEST WINNERS & FAMILY REGISTRATION
If your Lodge has a Contest Winner that will be attending the Banquet on Saturday Night. It will be the Lodge's
responsibility to pay for the student's family. The Maine Elks Association will cover the cost of the student.
