Welcome to the Maine Elks Association 2010 Convention Page. Below you will find links for Lodging information,
as well as the ability to submit your convention registration electronically. The registration process is just a few
steps away from being completed. Here's what you need to do:

Don't forget to mention that you are with the Maine Elks Association to get the group rate.

Lodging Information

Once you have booked your Lodging, then you need to begin registering for the Convention below.

If you would like to purchase all meals above, the cost will be $100.00 dollars per person ($5 dollar savings)

CONVENTION REGISTRATION

Once you have made your meal choices based on the above menu's then you need to register for the event.
The registration fee will be $25.00 dollars per member. This will be charged to all convention attendees.

The Deadline for Convention Registration is April 9, 2010
(If you register after this date there will be a $10 dollar per meal late fee applied)

If you provide your e-mail for registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration within 5 days

CONTEST WINNERS & FAMILY REGISTRATION

If your Lodge has a Contest Winner that will be attending the Banquet on Saturday Night. It will be the Lodge's
responsibility to pay for the student's family. The Maine Elks Association will cover the cost of the student.
